About Ron Mumford
Ron Mumford is the author of several books (See books) including a prelude trilogy to The End Begins, From the Rapture to Armageddon entitled the Wayne’s Angel trilogy. Books include Wayne’s Angel, Betwixt and Z-Gen, The Last Generation, in the Christian fiction genre. He is also the author of an unpublished book For Every Child, How Santa Got his Elves with a screenplay that takes the children’s book into present day. He also self-published Finding Your Soul Mate, God’s Way, a non-fiction Christian book.

Mumford went to the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, Journalism major. After college, U.S. Army, Combat Correspondent/Combat Photographer PIO for an Artillery Battalion in Vietnam, awarded two Bronze Stars. Then in in Heidelberg, Germany, wrote articles for Army Times and Stars & Stripes. His civilian career; entrepreneur in the Safety Supply business, took one of his Companies—Critical Industries—public on NASDAQ.
Later, a Licensed Financial Consultant with Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch. After reading The Left Behind series by Tim La Haye & Jerry B. Jenkins, Mumford became a student of Eschatology, studied under many brilliant end times’ theologians such as Ron Rhodes, Dr. Gary Frazier, Hal Lindsey, John Hagee, Jonathan Cahn and Dr. David Jeremiah. Mumford was a Bible teacher at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas and is now a Life Group Leader at Lone Star Cowboy Church in Montgomery, Texas.
